RYD-VT150 - 50-5000gr Scale Filling Machine Operation

1. Pours the product from the product feed hopper with a volume of 30L into the weighing pan.
2. The first two or 3 fills are randomized to find out the required fill rate.
3. It emits a short beep when the target weight is achieved and a long beep when it is exceeded or missed.
4. After weighing is finished, it waits for you to press the pedal. It does not make a new weighing until you press the pedal.
5. When you press the pedal, the product opens the discharge lid and keeps it open until the weight on it is zero or close to zero.
6. After the lid is closed, the vibration starts again and weighs again.
7. During filling, if the product in the product feed hopper runs low and the vibration power is too high, it readjusts the vibration speed at which it should operate after the filling that it cannot perform accurately and tries different vibration speeds until it reaches the grammage closest to the target grammage.
8. If the product runs out in the product feed hopper, it continues to vibrate for a certain period of time. If it cannot complete the weighing, it stops filling with a long beep. After you press the pedal and empty the product in the weighing pan, it does not weigh again until you press the restart button.
