Our machine can fill from 50 gr to 2500 gr, depending on the volume of the product, provided that it fits into the weighing pan. Since it feeds the filling pan with a vibration system, it can easily weigh even your products with flow problems.

Our machine does not require any air during its operation. For this reason, you do not need to purchase a compressor as in similar machines. You can easily operate your mobile phone from the socket where you charge it. The discharge cover of the weighing pan is opened by being driven by an electric motor. Operating noise is also less than similar machines since it does not require air.

In this way, it calculates the pouring speed of the product in order to provide stable weight and continues the next filling more precisely. The way the machine works is as follows, step by step:

It pours the product from the 40L volume product feeding bunker into the weighing pan.

Does the first two or 3 fillings randomly to learn the required filling speed.

It emits a short beep when it reaches the target grammage, and a long beep when it is exceeded or missing.

After the weighing is finished, it waits for you to press the pedal. It does not make a new weighing until you press the pedal.

When you press the pedal, the product opens the discharge cover and keeps the cover open until the grammage on it is zero or close to zero.

After the cover is closed, the vibration works again and the machine weighs again.

If the product in the product feeding bunker decreases and the vibration power becomes high during filling, it readjusts the required vibration speed after the filling, which cannot be done accurately. It tries different vibration speeds until it reaches the weight closest to the target weight.

If the product runs out in the product feeding bunker, it continues the vibration for a certain period of time. If it cannot complete the weight, it stops the filling by making a long beep and does not weigh again until you press the start button again after pressing the pedal, emptying the product in the weighing pan.

You can add many new features to the machine in line with your needs and demands.
If you wish, you can obtain an expanded product feeding bunker with a higher capacity. The bunker, which is 40 liters as standard, can be expanded up to 80 liters.
Additional mouth can be manufactured for the product discharge port depending on the size of the package you are working on.
The height of the coffee table can be increased by 50 cm compared to the current measurement.
