With ROD-K400U ultrasonic full automatic cream tube filling and gluing machine, you can fill products such as Cream, Skin Mask, skin care products, makeup cleaning milk, honey, jam, molasses.
Thanks to its ergonomic structure, the way it works is more practical compared to similar machines. You can reach a filling capacity of 30 pieces per minute very easily.
It is a combined production line consisting of 5 stations and running with 8 steps. Only Labor is required during feeding of the empty cream tube. Thanks to the photocell Speck, the process of turning the tube into the correct bonding direction, filling the product to the bottom of the tube, gluing ultrasonically without the need for heat, cutting the excess bonding and removing the tube from the table chamber is all done automatically by the machine. You can easily perform all production with one worker.
Depending on your needs, you can add additional features to the machine.

Thanks to different diameter magazine molds, it can work in many different diameter cream tubes.
Thanks to the photo-electric sensors located at each station, it only works when there is a tube in front of it. That station doesn't work when there's no tube in front of the station.

Thanks to the easy-to-use touch operator panel, you can easily adjust all stations with almost only 1 tube. All stations except the cutting station can be adjusted thanks to the adjustment flywheel located above the station. Operation and adjustment operations are extremely easy and fast thanks to the multi-function manual operation menu.
ROD-K400U ultrasonic fully automatic cream tube filling and gluing machine can seal all kinds of cream tube that can stick with heat, such as PVC, laminated, nylon, plastic, pet, PP etc.

Working method of ROD-K400U-cream tube filling and Sealing Machine
We can summarize the working way and order of the machine as follows:
The empty cream tube is placed in the turntable tube magazine of the machine.
The cream tube is then turned in the next station photocell station by means of the photocell label located on the top of the cream tube to the correct bonding direction of the cream tube.
Then the empty cream tube is taken to the filling station. The product is filled into the empty cream tube.
The cream tube filled with the product comes to the sealing station and the two mouths of the tube are sealed together by heat.
The back part of the tube, which is glued together, is taken to the flattening station and prepared for the forming process.
The tube, which is ready to be shaped, is taken to the forming station and the pattern and date are printed here.
The excess that occurs during the forming process is cut to standard size by cutting at the residual cutting station.
At the unloading station, which is the last station, the finished product that has been filled, shaped and expired is discarded from the magazine.
