2. Our machine has a small footprint, but is as functional and high capacity as large industrial filling lines.
3. Within the same line, there are 4 different stations in total, each of these stations operate synchronously with each other.
4. Fully Automatic Liquid Filling Line is a fully domestic production and design machine, all design and development stages were developed by our own engineers and automation team in RENAS R&D unit, it is the first domestic production table top fully automatic line in Turkey.
5. The price policy followed by our company regarding this fully automatic industrial filling line aims to earn from the version, in addition, our company aims to make this customer group a fully automatic line at the price of semi-automatic machines sold by our competitors in the market, in order to support manufacturers who make boutique or medium-sized manufacturing in our country, as a social responsibility.
6. Although the Liquid Filling Line is a complicated system and its capacity almost reaches the capacity of a line with 4 nozzles, it can be operated by only one operator thanks to its ergonomic structure.
7. It does not require Industrial Electricity, you can easily operate it even with a compressor with a volume of only 30 liters in models with standard filling system. With a change we can make in the cover unit, we can operate without the need for air.
8. SThe client works incredibly quietly, the total noise is around 60 db for standard models, so it's almost like a standard human conversation, no disturbance in the working environment.

RES-MFCL1 Operation of Fully Automatic Liquid Filling Line

• First station It is a feeding tray, speed adjustable, completely made of SUS 304 stainless steel, this tray feeds the bottles you have arranged on it to the turntable, the system automatically picks up the bottles arranged on this tray.

• Second station It is a filling station, in this station, the bottles are taken from the feeding tray and filled automatically on the rotary table, RYD-E model electronic liquid filling machine comes free of charge as standard with our machine, but according to your different product needs, one of the pneumatically operated Volumetric system liquid or cream filling machines can be adapted, price information and other detailed information about this option are given below.

• Third station: In this station, the cap is closed on the bottle that has been filled in the filling station, the cap feeding system in the standard machine is manual, but you can also get a 5th station, i.e. automatic capping station as an option, and our capping system can be designed to close spray or timer caps, vial caps, metal plaster caps, Twistoff or any other type of cap, again according to your needs. In this station, the system that comes with the standard machine is designed to close screw caps.

• Station four: Bu istasyonda, bir önceki istasyonlarda doldurulmuş ve kapağı kapatılmış olarak gelen silindirik şişeler tam otomatik bir şekilde etiketlenir. Makine ila gelen standart etiketleme makinası yuvarlak şişeleri etiketlemeye göre tasarlanmıştır, ancak opsiyon olarak düz şişeleri, çift taraflı şişeleri yada yassı şişeleri de etiketleyecek şekilde alabilirsiniz.

Dolum Ünitesi:

• Pneumatic Cream Filling System: With this feature to be added to the Industrial Liquid Filling Line, you can fill both fluid products and high viscosity products such as creams, pastes, shampoos, etc. in the machine. With this option, your filling speed will be much higher than the standard electric filling machine, especially at high weights, but when this option is added, a larger compressor is needed. Our machine has 4 different filling ranges. 2,5-60ml, 5-100ml, 10-200ml, 30-300ml. This option price; 7,000₺
• Pneumatic Cream Filling System Product Hopper Mixer and Heater: In the Pneumatic cream filling system option that you will buy for the Liquid Filling Line, if you have a product that you need to fill or mix hot, 2600₺ for the heater option and 3200₺ for the mixer, the option fee is charged.
• Pneumatic Liquid Filling System: With this feature to be added to the Industrial Liquid Filling Line  you can fill high and medium viscosity liquids much faster than the existing electric filling machine. In this option, there are 4 different models with the same filling ranges as in the pneumatic cream filling option. This option also requires a larger compressor. Option price: 4,900₺
